Rates and Insurance

• We accept self-pay for those who do not have insurance or do not wish to use their insurance. 
• The first session is $125 and each session thereafter is $115 per 55 minute session.   
• For those that wish to use their insurance, we accept most major insurance plans but please verify with your insurer if we are in your network (Note: Some clinicians may show as providers of IKRON Corporation, that is our parent organization and is correct for insurance purposes).

• If you plan to use your insurance, you will be able to provide that to us before your first appointment.
• At the time of each visit, you are expected to make your copayment and pay any outstanding balances you have on your account.
• Options for payment include paying in office at each appointment or completing a confidential credit card authorization form allowing you to authorize payment at each session.
• We also offer reduced fees for those with financial hardship.  Please ask the Clinical Director if you would like to discuss a reduced fee payment structure.
• Rates are subject to change with notice.
