Rachel Eklund, MA, LPCC

Hi! I’m Rachel Eklund. I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. I focus on adults (18+), all genders and orientations, both individuals and couples. I seek to create a space where people can show up as their full selves, unburden hurts and pains, find joy and excitement in life, make changes in their lives that have been difficult to make, heal from past and present experiences, uncover unhelpful core beliefs and patterns of behavior, and offer themselves love and acceptance– no matter what stage of the healing journey they are on.

I have experience in working with a variety of mental health and life experiences, ranging from work stress to complex trauma. I pull from several different counseling modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Internal Family Systems, Behavioral Activation, Person-Centered Therapy, Strengths-Based Therapy, and others.
