I have had the priviledge of working with individuals seeking assistance through counseling for over two years.  I graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Stout and have concentrations in treating alcohol and other drug related issues, along with crisis and trauma.  Utilizing various evidence-based treatments, I tailor our sessions based on your needs.  I also incorporate expressive arts modalities as requested and appropriate.  One of the strengths I have is working with individuals to develop skills necessary to navigate their concerns and create further autonomy.  I believe that the therapeutic relationship, along with trusting that you are the expert of your story, is vital to success in any professional counseling partnership.

I am a proud Wisconsin native, having moved to the Ohio area in August of 2023. I'm married and have a cat named Maeve along with a dog named Maggie.  I enjoy doing yoga/Pilates, eating pizza, listening to audio books, seeing friends, and baking.
