With over ten years of experience as a mental health counselor, I feel fortunate to still be doing a job I enjoy.  Therapy is a specific type of support that can help you recover, heal, and grow as a person.  My style can be summed up in one simple word: teamwork.  By embracing and tapping into my genuine curiosity and acceptance, I provide the platform for you to tell your story and make progress towards goals that we worked to create.  I am trained in a variety of evidence based practices and will utilize what works best for you.  Asking for help is challenging.  I believe that receiving the help you deserve should not be. 

Outside of my job, I also enjoy watching movies, playing cooperative board games, spending time with friends and family, and taking hikes with my wife and our dog, Indiana.  Enthusiastic, energetic, creative, and adaptable have been words used to describe me.  I love collaborating with others and enjoy both the chaotic, long days and the beautiful, little moments that make up life.
