Life can be tiring and situations can arise that can be difficult to navigate on our own. My trauma-informed, person-centered approach aims to provide a safe space as we collaborate to work through challenges you bring to sessions. I am trained in a variety of evidence-based practices, which allows me to tailor my skills to best fit your needs. I have over five years of professional experience and love my job because it allows me to cultivate my passion for helping others and turn it into a full-time career.
Originally from Indiana, I earned my bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Butler University before moving to Cincinnati to obtain my master’s in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Cincinnati. Outside of work, I enjoy reading, going to coffee shops, spending time with friends, yoga, and walking my dogs. As a native Hoosier, I love utilizing weekends to explore my new home, Cincinnati.
